Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive 1–2 hours before the event, as lines may be long.
Ticket Pickup
All tickets must be picked up at the Box Office on the day of the event.
The Box Office will open approximately 2 hours prior to the event.
To collect tickets, guests must present:
• A valid government-issued photo ID
• The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket order

All ticket purchases are final sale. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Seats will be assigned after purchase based on ticket tier and order time and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis within each ticket level.
Tickets are not guaranteed until payment is successfully processed.
Event organizers and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.
Event details including artists, date, time, or venue logistics may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers.
In the event of cancellation or major change, further instructions will be provided to ticket holders.
The event organizer and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
By attending the event, guests acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur and may be used for promotional purposes.
